Focus on succession planning and strategy, facilitation, leadership development and team-building services He is one of the pioneers of the Partnering concept. He is sought as speaker and facilitator, seminar leader, and consultant to senior management on strategy, team effectiveness, career development and corporate ethics. His clients range from educational institutions to a wide variety of industries: construction, food service, and media companies. He formerly served as head of the Governmental Services Institute at Louisiana State University, and as Professor and Vice President of Union Theological Seminary, Richmond, Virginia. Focus is on executive development and senior management team building. He is an experienced facilitator, working extensively with corporate leadership at both the group and individual levels. Helping senior executives to learn how to work effectively in teams and develop individual capabilities through customized coaching programs. He has published numerous articles in professional journals and has reviewed research articles and proposals for scientific and governmental organizations. He is a licensed psychologist and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of California, and trained at the University of Minnesota, the University of North Carolina Medical School and Duke University. ![]() Stephen R. Focus is on Partnering facilitation, conflict resolution, training in management skills and Project Management, cultural acceptance of new technologies, production engineering and strategic planning. He facilitates on-going safety programs, major bridge and road construction projects, collaboration between international partners of a military contract, plus various airport and bridge reconstructions projects. His clients include state and federal agencies, construction and shipbuilding companies. He is a graduate of Bowdoin College, ME, and holds a number of certifications in industrial and management areas. He has lived in Cuba, Panama, Columbia, Honduras, Mexico, Bahamas and Trinidad and is fluent in Spanish. ![]() Daryl Kosloske, M.S.W.

He has held various positions in the health care industry, which required leading, facilitating, and being accountable for the successful completion of many large projects and buy-in from many constituents. Focus on executive level coaching and senior level meeting facilitation. Team development and development of leadership programs, plus needs assessment, training, leadership style assessment and coaching. Her clients include major airports, state and governmental agencies, media and human resource companies. She is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and has worked as feedback coach with the Center for Creative Leadership and as faculty and staff of Wake Forest University. She received her undergraduate education at Long Island University and earned her Ph.D. at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. ![]() Kate Panzer, Psy.D.
Focus on organizational development, team building within and between organizations with emphasis on problems solving and planning. Executive coaching, meeting facilitation, and leadership development experience. Her clients include state governments, media and construction companies, as well as a number of large corporations. She has worked as feedback coach for the Center for Creative Leadership. She has received additional training in mediation and continues to research and publish in the fields of leadership and organizational development. She has received her undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University, and her Psy.M. and Psy.D. degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Focus on project management including research and development of customized leadership development programs. She coordinates proposal submission, project audits and program budgeting. She supervises the design and execution of the online customized 360-degree feedback instrument and the communication and planning of activities with various clients. Focus on Partnering activities. She works with clients to schedule workshops, assigns facilitators, handles workshop logistics, and preparation of materials. Prepares questionnaires, compiles statistical information to track projects, and provides post-facilitation feed-back. Her work experience is primarily in marketing and sales, advertising and public relations, with additional responsibilities in administration, HR, and risk management. She is fluent in German. |
